Baby Yoga Give Yourself a Cuddle

hi my name’s Lucy and I’m a qualified Baby Yoga
Instructor and we want to show you a fun little two minute stretch that you can do with your baby So before we start we’re going to make sure baby is happy and well and we’re only going to take the moves as far as they allow us to So to start We’re going to have a little bounce into these legs we can say ‘relax relax’ and we’ll bring these legs up and we’re going to open the legs and shut them and open and shut them and open and shut them and then we can encourage a little roll into the legs one leg after the other and then we can go into a half lotus, so this is bringing one leg in and the other leg in across the body and a little rock and then bringing the legs out of that pose and then try the other leg in and then the other one and another little rock come out of that and we can bring that all together with a song so back to your open and shut and we can sing open shut them, open shut them, don’t get in a muddle open shut them, open shut them give yourself a
cuddle then up to the arms for the same thing we can encourage the arms out to the sides and we can sing, open shut them, open shut them, don’t get in a muddle open shut them, open shut them, give yourself a cuddle and a big well done!
